1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the phjoh platform, including the website phjoh.cam, its subdomains, associated mobile web applications, and any related services provided by phjoh ("the Platform," "phjoh," "we," "us," or "our").

By completing the registration process on phjoh, logging in to an existing phjoh account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or simply browsing the Platform, you ("the User," "you," "your," or "Player") signify full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with phjoh's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific terms that may govern individual games, promotions, or features on phjoh. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms, the more specific terms shall prevail only with respect to the specific matter they address; these Terms shall govern in all other respects.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the phjoh platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement aligns with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations governing casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. phjoh strictly enforces this age requirement and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing phjoh from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on phjoh. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Non-Professional Status: You are not registered as a professional gambler or otherwise prohibited from participating in online gambling by any applicable regulatory body.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of phjoh, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as required by the registration form. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by phjoh.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and update it promptly if any details change, particularly your registered mobile number, which is used for account recovery and two-factor authentication.
• Keep your phjoh login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs), strictly confidential. You must not disclose these to any third party under any circumstances.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your phjoh account, whether or not you authorized that activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phjoh support immediately.
• Not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise permit any other person to use your phjoh account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

phjoh reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where phjoh has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where an account is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

phjoh accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and UnionBank Online. Available methods may change from time to time and phjoh does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the phjoh platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the phjoh cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your phjoh wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). For cryptocurrency deposits, conversion rates are applied at the time of transaction confirmation.
• phjoh does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independent of phjoh. phjoh bears no responsibility for fees charged by third-party payment processors.
• By depositing funds into your phjoh account, you confirm that the funds originate from legitimate sources and that you are not using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your phjoh account are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity Verification: phjoh may require completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. Verification documents may include a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your phjoh account. phjoh will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing Time: phjoh aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's processing time and is beyond phjoh's direct control.
• Bonus Funds: Withdrawal requests made while active bonus wagering requirements are pending will be subject to the applicable bonus terms. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Minimum Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the phjoh cashier and may vary by payment method.
• Verification Holds: phjoh reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending additional verification in cases involving unusual account activity, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. phjoh will communicate the reason for any hold and the documentation required to resolve it.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

phjoh offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback arrangements, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all phjoh promotions unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms:

• Each promotion is available only to eligible players as defined in the specific promotion terms. phjoh reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its reasonable discretion.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real funds.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagers made with real money balances do not count toward bonus wagering requirements unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Not all games on phjoh contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are detailed in the specific promotion terms or the phjoh promotions FAQ.
• phjoh reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Where a promotion is cancelled, phjoh will use reasonable efforts to honor any wagering progress already achieved.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated wagering with other players, or exploiting technical errors — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on phjoh are supplied by certified third-party game providers. The rules governing each game are available within the respective game interface. By participating in any game on phjoh, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. phjoh does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the mathematical parameters established by the game provider's certified software.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session, day, or period of play.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a live session, phjoh's decision regarding the outcome of that round shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other system designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house mathematical edge is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• phjoh reserves the right to void any bet or round where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed using a technical exploit, an error in the platform, or any other means not constituting normal gameplay.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjoh platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one phjoh account, whether in your own name or using false, borrowed, or fabricated identity information.
• Using the phjoh platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal or fraudulent activity, including stolen payment card credentials or compromised bank accounts.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any game where collusion would constitute unfair play, including sharing hole card information in poker-style games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the phjoh platform or its games.
• Engaging in chargeback abuse — initiating payment reversals after receiving gaming services or after winnings have been credited to your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phjoh staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Providing false information to phjoh customer support or during the KYC verification process.

9 Responsible Gaming

phjoh is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players using the platform. phjoh provides the following responsible gaming tools, available from within your logged-in account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your phjoh account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: You may set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month. Reaching your loss limit will suspend gaming activity for the defined period.
• Session Time Limits: You may set reminders and hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion from phjoh for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended, all marketing communications are ceased, and re-activation requests are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications inform you of your session duration and cumulative wagering activity during each session.

phjoh strongly encourages players experiencing difficulty managing their gambling activity to make use of these tools and to seek support from qualified organizations. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the phjoh platform, including but not limited to the phjoh brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, software, game content supplied by third-party providers, and all other materials ("Platform Content"), is owned by or licensed to phjoh and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with using the phjoh gaming platform. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of phjoh or the relevant rights holder.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

phjoh collects, processes, and stores personal data from registered users in connection with operating the Platform and providing gaming services. The manner in which phjoh handles your personal data — including what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and when it may be shared with third parties — is described in the phjoh Privacy Policy.

By registering for and using the phjoh platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the phjoh Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. phjoh's data handling practices comply with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

phjoh may share user data with third parties including payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by applicable gaming regulations. phjoh will not sell your personal data to third-party marketing organizations.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• phjoh provides the Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• phjoh does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
• phjoh shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if phjoh has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• phjoh's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjoh account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes phjoh's liability for death or personal injury caused by phjoh's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

13 Account Termination & Suspension

You may close your phjoh account at any time by contacting phjoh customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

phjoh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Operating multiple accounts;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from your payment provider;
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or collusion with other players;
• Any regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority compelling account suspension or closure.

Where an account is closed by phjoh due to a breach of these Terms, phjoh reserves the right to retain the account balance as reasonable compensation for damages arising from the breach, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where account closure is not due to a breach by the user, any remaining real money balance will be returned as described above.

14 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your phjoh account, a specific game outcome, a payment transaction, or any other aspect of your experience on the Platform, phjoh encourages you to follow this process:

1. First Contact — Customer Support: Contact phjoh's customer support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Provide full details of your complaint including your account username, relevant dates and times, and the specific outcome you are disputing. phjoh aims to respond to all complaints within 48 hours.
2. Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by the initial support response, you may request escalation to a senior support officer. Requests for escalation must be submitted in writing with a reference number from your initial complaint.
3. Final Decision: phjoh will issue a final written decision on any escalated complaint within 14 days of receiving all relevant information. This decision represents phjoh's final position on the matter.

Any dispute not resolved through the above process that cannot be settled by mutual agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts as specified in Section 16 (Governing Law) of these Terms.

15 Amendments to These Terms

phjoh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your legal rights or obligations in a meaningful way — phjoh will provide notice of the changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the phjoh platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14, you and phjoh irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phjoh platform.

phjoh operates the Platform in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR and any other relevant regulatory bodies with jurisdiction over online gaming activities in the Philippines.
